My meditation journey began when I needed to find a way to cope with
the moment-to-moment stresses of life, and to slow down. I can't wait to share
all that I have learned about meditation with you.
To be guided in meditation means to be led by a teacher who is providing verbal cues and reminders to help build your focus and awareness. This guidance allows you to let go of the desire to control the experience and instead be fully present with it. In each class you will learn tips and techniques that you can take with you and use to calm down and de-stress in everyday life. My classes are designed to help you gain self-awareness and become empowered to live your best life.

Each workshop has a theme and relates to aspects of your life that can be changed and/or enhanced through the practice of meditation, such as self-care, health and wellness, family, relationships, finances, work, social, and spirituality.

My 50-hr Meditation Teacher Training (MMT) is designed to give you the tools to teach the transformative practice of meditation and guide others into a space of stillness and silence. This training will help you to go deeper in your personal practice and be a great addition to bring into your profession.
Why learn to meditate?
Meditation is not about stopping your mind or turning off your thoughts. In fact, it's the exact opposite. It's about slowing down long enough to notice your thoughts, without trying to respond to them or figure everything out.
